The Dream Room is a Berlin-based IP development and production joint venture with offices in Berlin and Paris.
With our vision-driven projects, we push the boundaries of storytelling in TV, Film and emerging forms of entertainment.
Despite being technology-friendly, the Dream Room is about humans and their dreams. This is true about stories we champion, the true human feelings we ignite in the audiences, and the human relationships that we foster with creators, partners, and team members on the way to deliver The Dream.

Elena Lyubarskaya
Founder & CEO
Elena Lyubarskaya is is a creative producer and writer with more than 15 years of experience. Her “Pauline” (produced by BTF) is currently running on Disney+ Germany, and her next series - “The City of Blood” (production: Amusement Park) is in post-production for the same streamer, while the first instalment of her ZDF serialized crime drama “Frankfurter Files” is starting production in October, 2025. Elena is graduate of Serial Eyes and the Midpoint Institute Script Consulting scheme.
